By choosing Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments allows you to split the cost of your order over 3 equal payments. Each instalment payment is taken automatically from the debit or credit card you entered at the checkout. Your first instalment is collected when you place your order and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later. You can use the Klarna app to monitor your payment schedule.
To be eligible you must be over 18 years of age and eligibility is subject to your financial circumstances. The Klarna assessment will not affect your credit rating.
Klarna is unique and offers Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments based on a number of different factors such as the order value, previous order history and item availability. To improve your chances of being offered Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments you need to be aged 18 or over, ensure your full name and address details are accurate and shipping is to your registered billing address. All orders are assessed individually, because you have been accepted for a Klarna payment method before does not mean it will be offered for every order and if you have been declined before this does not mean you will be declined in the future.
You will need to provide your mobile phone number, email address, current billing address and a debit or credit card. All communication is made by email, however we require a mobile number should we need to reach you. All your details should be accurate so you can receive information about your order and payment schedule.
Klarna may run a so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) which do not affect your credit score. This is only visible to you and Klarna but is not visible to other lenders.
Not all applications will be accepted, the Klarna algorithms are dependant upon a number of factors including address details, cardholder details, amount of order, the online store, previous order history and item availability.
Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments will automatically collect payments from the debit or credit card you used at the checkout. First payment is taken at the time of you placing the order, the second after 30 days and third after 60 days.
As soon as La Maison Interiors Ltd have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.
Klarna will automatically collect the first payment at the time of ordering from the debit or credit card entered at the checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect the payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment and you can always monitor the due date in the Klarna app. Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay later in 3 instalments’ product even if you have failed to pay on time.

All payments are processed securely by Klarna and no card details are transferred to or held by La Maison Interiors Ltd. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
Yes. You can go to the Klarna app and pay off early.
You will receive an email confirming your payment has been received, you can also install the Klarna app which will give you a push notification when the payment has been collected. For peace of mind you can use the Klarna app to check the status of your payments.
Once La Maison Interiors Ltd has received the return (partial or full) and you have received confirmation from them, you will receive an updated payment schedule if you’ve made a partial return. If you’ve returned the full order we will refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments.
If you have not yet received your goods please contact La Maison Interiors Ltd to check the status of your order and when delivery will be. You can also contact Klarna’s customer service department so we can delay your due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods to arrive.
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after La Maison Interiors Ltd has registered your cancellation or return.
Refund shall be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally entered at the checkout.
