If the item ordered is in stock, we aim to deliver within 5 to 7 days. Some items can take up to 21 days depending on the supplier.
Any item not in stock can take up to 12 weeks, dependant on the importer receiving the goods.
If the expected delivery date is not acceptable a refund will be offered to you on condition that we receive an email from you at email@example.com within 3 days of us notifying you of the expected delivery date.
We can not be responsible for any delay in the expected delivery date, the date we quote you is merely a guide to delivery.
We aim to keep our website as up to date as possible for our customers. But occasionally items are out of stock and sometimes discontinued. We will notify you of this as soon as possible.

Delivery is to the front door of the property only. If access is restricted the delivery will be made to the closest point possible.
Small items will be sent by courier delivery. We currently use DPD who will contact you by text regarding delivery. You will receive a one hour window which you can change if not convenient for you.
Large items of furniture or multiple items will be sent by pallet delivery. This service is to the door only so it is advisable that you arrange to have help when expecting your delivery if it is a large item.
You must ensure that their is a responsible person at the delivery address to take delivery.A surcharge may be made by the delivery company if the first attempt at delivery fails.
It is your responsibility to ensure the goods will fit through your garden gate, house door, upstairs, through any internal door or window.
You must check the goods on receipt, and any issues, damages or shortages must be reported by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery.
When signing for the goods it is your responsibility to ensure their is no obvious damage and to sign the delivery note accordingly.
Please be aware that our couriers do not insure for glass items.
